Black Bottle is a brand by Burn Stewart Distillers. It was established in 1879 by three brothers. The Graham brothers already had a reputation for tea blending. Black Bottle was revitalised in 1990s. Black Bottle was originally packaged in, well, black bottles. That ended with the start of World War I, since the black glass came from Germany.
